DEPOSIT POLICY :

30% deposit is required at booking time – The balance has to be paid 30 days prior arrival

 

CANCELATION POLICY :

In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival: refund of the 30% deposit

In case of cancellation from the 60 to 30 days before the arrival: 30% deposit kept

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival, no-show, or shortened stay: 100% of the total amount of the initial stay invoiced to the guest

Exceptions

No refund can be made in cases of cancellation of a stay benefitting from a discounted price of the “non-cancellable, non-refundable” kind.

Ombudsman – Dispute resolution

In conformance with article L. 156-1 of French Consumer Code, Temmos hotels offer their clients ombudsman services in accordance with the relevant mediation sector, MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.

After having made a request from Temmos hotels’ customer services and having gone 60 working days without a satisfying answer, a customer can bring the matter to the Tourism and Travel ombudsman, of whom the details and conditions are available on the website: www.mtv.travel.

Médiateur – Règlement de litiges

Conformément à l’article L. 156-1 du Code de la consommation, les hôtels Temmos proposent à ses clients un dispositif de médiation de la consommation en adhérant au système de médiation sectoriel, MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.

Après avoir saisi le service client des hôtels Temmos et à défaut de réponse satisfaisante dans un délai de 60 jours ouvrés, le client peut saisir le Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, dont les coordonnées et modalités de saisine sont disponibles sur son site: www.mtv.travel.
